Just a manic Tuesday

Training today. Interactive Management Essentials which means basic things to do when conducting interaction with people. It went through all the key principles of how to construct a conversation and how to ensure that the discussion goes smoothly and all elements have been covered.

The trainers try and make it all interesting n stuff but I see it as a refresher as I've been to these courses before. Im one of these people that if you make attend a course please keep me interested otherwise I will get really bored. I have a very short attention span if I already know the topic up for discussion.

So in closing I got next to no work done today.
