Back to physio

Well went back to physio on Friday and its not good.

So I was lent a wobble board for the weekend. This is a round board with a half sphere attached to the underside, this is supposed to assist in strenghtening my ankle. Idea is to stand on the board and balance for approx 10mins. Due to the half sphere its a little tricky.

Oh n I need to go back to the doctors and request a CT or MRI.

So all is not looking good.

Ankle still not better

well its still not better. Getting a little upset that its not fixed. I still think it should have been better by now.

Physio is getting a little concerned that it hasn't repaired yet.

Oh well I have been doing my excercises daily as im suppose to.

No application to Juilliard this year

Went back to Physio this morning. I knew it wasn't right, but it still struck hard when he told me that it hadn't heald as he would have hoped by now.

I only have 70% flexibility in the ankle joint forward and 65% inwards. All this from an ankle that is supposed to be my good ankle.

So its back to the gym again for more increased movement and hopefully a few more swims. Im only allowed to surf small waves still and have to wear the guard for it. Have to go back on Wednesday for more.

Need to do daily:
Lunges 2x20
Calf raises 2x20

When at gym 30kg leg press 2x20
10mins of bike.

See if that helps.

Hopefully it will be fixed soon as im loosing what little patience i have.

New Lappy

Ok well I finally caved in and bought myself a new laptop, thanks M&D.
Old one wouldn't turn on so I kinda had to. So I have had to set up my laptop all by myself. The guy who used to do this for me isn't here to look after me anymore. And he probably would be happy to see that I am ok by myself, and that I did pay attention to the lessons he gave me on IT stuff.

Got most of it worked out
