No application to Juilliard this year

Went back to Physio this morning. I knew it wasn't right, but it still struck hard when he told me that it hadn't heald as he would have hoped by now.

I only have 70% flexibility in the ankle joint forward and 65% inwards. All this from an ankle that is supposed to be my good ankle.

So its back to the gym again for more increased movement and hopefully a few more swims. Im only allowed to surf small waves still and have to wear the guard for it. Have to go back on Wednesday for more.

Need to do daily:
Lunges 2x20
Calf raises 2x20

When at gym 30kg leg press 2x20
10mins of bike.

See if that helps.

Hopefully it will be fixed soon as im loosing what little patience i have.
